Service scope
NMCC assist our customer to track their shipments. We will update status of each shipments, such as on board date, transit date, and arrival time as well. If there are irregularities of cargo, we will also assist
NMCC deliver all messages from customers internally so that we can make sure all info are circulated timely and efficiently.
- Cooperate with sales team and fulfill the needs and requirement of our customers in order to contribute to the growth and progress of New Marine.
- Offer a safe and efficient service so that we can meet the requirement of our valuable customers.
